Asset Included: Pre-existing F-35A Lightning II 3D digital model, Blender 3.2.1 LTS source files, fully rigged components, and associated assets.
AGREED PROJECT LICENSE TERMS:
Ownership: Licensor retains ownership of the underlying pre-existing 3D model and associated source asset.
License Grant: Licensor grants The Perception LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license for this project to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, re-rig, retexture, animate and incorporate the model into the U.S. Air Force Burden Sharing proposal and, if awarded, the resulting contract work.
Production Subcontractors: The Perception LLC may provide the model and associated files to its U.S.-based production subcontractors solely for purposes of performing work on this project.
Government Deliverables: The Perception LLC may incorporate the model into rendered animation, video, imagery, project files and other deliverables provided to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government may use those resulting project deliverables in accordance with the applicable contract terms.
Underlying Model Rights: Nothing in this license transfers ownership of the underlying pre-existing F-35A model to The Perception LLC or the U.S. Government.
Modification Rights: The Perception LLC and its authorized U.S.-based production subcontractors may modify the asset as necessary for the project, including geometry adjustments, rigging, textures, markings, animation and exploded/breakaway configurations.
Included Files: The license includes delivery of the existing Blender project files, textures, rigs and other source materials currently included with the model.
Third-Party Rights: The license applies only to intellectual property owned or controlled by Licensor. Any third-party trademarks, logos or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
