This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 3D-wings (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the user purchasing 3D models via www.3D-wings.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By placing an order on this website, the Buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and digital delivery of the 3D models, textures, or related digital assets ("Products") specified in the Buyer’s order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations and digital commerce standards.

3. Product and Pricing

• The details, file formats, and prices of the Products are displayed on the relevant product pages.

• All prices are subject to change by the Seller without prior notice.

• Depending on the Buyer's location, additional local taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) may be calculated and added during the checkout process.

4. Order and Payment

• The Buyer must complete the checkout process and provide accurate billing and contact information.

• Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (Payooner, iyzico]).

• The order is confirmed once the payment is successfully processed and approved by the payment gateway.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

• Because the Products are digital assets, no physical shipping will take place.

• Upon successful payment, the Products will be delivered instantly via a download link on the checkout confirmation page and/or sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

• The Seller is responsible for ensuring the download link is active and functioning.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

• In accordance with international digital commerce regulations, the right of withdrawal (cancellation) does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun (i.e., once the download link is generated or accessed).

• By purchasing, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and consents that they lose their right of withdrawal.

• Refund requests are strictly governed by the website’s Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage License

• The purchase of a Product does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the 3D model to the Buyer.

• The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive license to use the 3D models according to our Licensing Agreement (EULA).

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original or modified 3D files with third parties is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts and enforcement offices in İzmir, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
